"We had the unfortunate experience of having to replace the drainage pipe in the floor of our basement. I called Triggs and was immediately put on the list. Mike and Chase came to the house and were informative and very easy to work with. They always had a smile on their faces, even though their job was going to be a very dirty one. They made helpful suggestions about relocating plumbing, my washer and a new wash tub. The process took 2 weeks to complete and that was them having numerous other jobs to do, but they made sure we had water and sewer before they left for the day. We had to be patient with the process because it was a big job going 25 feet with jack hammering, removal, replacement and finishing. They earned their money and I could not be happier with the results. What they do is difficult and you have to understand that there are not many of these professionals to do this kind of work and do it well.
